Here's a nibble for you to make, to take to a friends house, to eat by yourself, whatever:
Salt & Pepper
You just cook the asparagus a bit - you want them firm, but not crunchy. Toss the asparagus in a bowl with the arugula, over this you toss some lemon juice, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Basically, you're making a quick salad.
Lay out the prosciutto flat and put the asparagus/arugula mixture on top to roll as though it were sushi. Slice into smaller pieces and serve just as they are.
